SHIPPING & RETURNS
All our clothes are designed, cut, sewed and shipped from a little country in the province of Turin with attention and passion for our job.
Each item is custom-made, for this reason the delivery time is two, three weeks (nice things require some time), shall the item be ready before this deadline, we’ll be glad to contact you and ship it right away.
INTERNATIONAL AND EUROPEAN ORDERS
Orders in the EU are shipped with express courier and generally reach their destination within 2-3 working days, but we cannot guarantee the delivery terms, all your purchases will be tracked on the DHL website thanks to the tracking code we will give you as the courier will manage your shipment.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during the transportation. Please control your billing and shipping address when making an order because we’re not able to reroute packages.
The standard shipment DOES NOT include insurance.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders are managed through priority post and, for most countries, the delivery term is
between 7 and 10 days.
Please consider that we cannot guarantee the delivery date, but your purchases will be tracked on the DHL website thanks to the tracking code we will give you as the courier will manage your shipment.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during the transportation. Please control your billing and shipping address when making an order because we’re not able to reroute packages.

We will not mark an item as a “gift”, this is illegal and we can be strongly penalized. Customs and import duties are levied by the country of destination and are therefore charged to the purchaser.
RETURN
If, for any reason, an item does not satisfy you, we’re glad to offer free returns for a credit in store having your purchase’s value.
Cash refunds are not given. To ask for a return, please send an e-mail to info@alloacasale.com within 7days after the receipt of the package with your order number, and you’ll be contacted shortly! The return shipment is on our charge, the store credit does not expire and is issued in the form of a digital gift card.
Please be sure that the returned items are new and in good conditions, or additional charges may be applied.
Shall you decide to change your article, you’ll be able to do it once your credit is active but consider that the order will require the 2-3 habitual manufacturing weeks.
We do our best to recycle and re-use all the items’ boxes, so we kindly ask you to pay attention to your package and to send articles back in their own original box.

ORDERS MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION
As every item is custom-made, we cannot accept cancellations for refunds.
If you wish to modify your order (for example dimensions or colour), we’ll be glad to help you until your order has been shipped.
